Tuba vs Sousaphone
Dear readers, I believe it is time for me too explain the difference between tubas and sousaphones
- Sousaphones are basically giant tubas.
- Sousaphones were invented to be a “marching tuba”
- It is called the sousaphone after John Sousa a well known Composer and Conductor
- Unlike the tuba the sousaphone has little to no history (it was invented in the late 1800s)
- LONG LIVE THE TUBA!!
